Has anyone tried the rare minerals healthy radiance yet? my aunt told me she loves it so I came in here to order some. I'll let you know what I think!!
I AM trying a new diet. I am working out for just 10 minutes per day before my shower and eating better. I lost 5 lbs in almost 2 weeks. I want to work up to more workout time, but its been soooo long! I have gotten lazzzzzyy! 
I also want to get some sun.. a tan always makes you "look" Healthy! LOL

| #4 | Janine, I use indoor tanning lotion rather than sitting in the sun, much better for your skin! Maybe sandra can get us some?? I have tried a few different kinds including the one from Bare Escentuals, foux tan I think its called? I did like that one but ran out last fall. I need a new one.. Sandra?? |

I agree - there used to be more activity on this board. I hardly check it anymore because it's so quiet but I needed to order something so I was perusing around today.
Someone asked about diets....I have been trying to lose weight for several yrs but will lose and then gain it back so starting this year I have been working on changes that are permanent rather than short-term changes just to lose weight. So, no counting calories or planning tiny meals but rather just picking something and making it healthier. For example, I only drink soda on one day of the month and I eat a higher calorie breakfast that contains a good balance of healthy ingredients so that I ensure I ingest my calories evenly over the day. This is a much slower process than just going on a standard diet but I've had quicker losses many times and have proven over and over I cannot maintain them. So, I've lost 8 lbs and counting.
As for summer plans, we are renting a house in the Outer Banks for the week of Labor Day but otherwise no concrete plans in between.

| #7 | Hey I have just tried the Laura Geller Real deal concealer and Love it! I actually ended up blending it over my whole face cuz I kinda got too much on when I went to apply under eyes.. this stuff is great! hehe. So is the Laura geller blush (I have pink grapefruit) and bronzers. way cool! Thanks sandra for offering these to us! |
