Pearl Dust

I'd like to try the Pearl Dust in Soft Sheen but I wonder what the finish is like. Is it a luminous glow or glittery? Both can be nice but I'm looking for glow rather than glitter.

Right now I use Rejuva Minerals because mica makes me itch, it's a good range but sometimes I'd like a more glamorous finish. I think a pearl/silk foundation would be really interesting for allergy sufferers like me :-)

Liquid mineral foundation??

I am considering producing a mineral liquid foundation.. would anyone be interested in something like that?
It would be made with some essential oils and minerals.. good for oily skin with no heavy build up feel. Let me know what everyone thinks? I'm not sure on a price yet, depending on the cost to make it..

Product Shelf Life/Sugar Baby

Hi Sandra,

I was just wondering what the shelf life of your mineral makeup is. I've had a few foundation colors for a couple of years now because I only use them occasionally. I'm also curious about your eye and blush makeup. Like other makeup, is there a time when you should throw them out and start again?

Also, I love the Sugar Baby eye color, but I don't see it listed anymore. Is there another shade you would recommend to replace it?

I am wondering where everyone is at and how your summers are going? There used to be more chatting on here so I'm creating a new thread in hopes of generating some new chatter amongst the group!

I suppose it's only fair that I start, right? Well, summer is passing by quickly, as usual, but that is okay because I am really looking forward to our vacation the week of Labor Day in the Outer Banks (NC). This past weekend we took a mini-vacation, visited with some friends and family out of town and then spent a day at a theme park. The rides were fun but my favorite part was the water park. They never had these in theme parks when I was growing up so it was a new experience for me and I loved it!

Has anyone else done anything fun this summer or have something about your summer to share?

bulk foundation sizes?

Hello. I found Sandra's site a few months before my wedding (now 3 years ago) and I love this mineral makeup. I have not been to the site in a long time, so I apologize if my first question has already been covered.

1. I bought a bulk bag of the foundation I use and it has lasted me a good long while - maybe 2 years. I liked buying the bulk bag because it cut down on my orders and shipping cost. Is the larger size no longer available?

2. The foundation I've been using is Antique Ivory. My skin has pink undertones which I would like to minimize. I just read that Antique Ivory is for "light skin with slight yellow/peach undertones". Is using a foundation for skin with yellow undertones a good way to minimize redness? I would hate to find out I've been using the wrong color all this time...

3. Just wondering about the yellow correction and green correction color concealers. What is each good for? I have both red blemishes and dark undereye circles.

I was going to get another of my favorite blushing bride eye color for my free mini with my order but I don't see it anymore. Fortunately I have a back-up already so I'm not out but do you have something you consider to be very simliar to it now?

Hi, I'm returning to the makeup artistry field, focusing on bridal and special occasion applications. I have used some mineral makeup and have really liked what I've used so far (LOVE Baby Kisses blush!) and would like to use Sandra's makeup primarily in my makeup kit. I would like to get people's opinions as to their favorite shades, formulas, products to begin purchasing my supplies. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
